Altaro Endpoint Backup on CMC will give you the option to Generate and Submit an Error Report in case one is requested by our Support Team or if you need to report an issue with an EPA.

To do this;

  1. Log in to the Altaro Endpoint Backup app on CMC:

  2. Navigate to the [Endpoints] screen

  3. Locate the Endpoint Agent that you would like to Submit an Error Report for and click on the three-dotted icon next to it, then select [Generate & Submit Error Report]

  4. Next, if you already have an opened case with our Support Team, enter it in the designated field. If not, you can leave it empty and a new ticket number will be generated automatically.

    Enter a Description explaining why you are opening the ticket, acknowledge that the report contains certain system information and click [Generate & Send Error Report]

    Your report will automatically be uploaded to our servers and our team will be in touch after analysing the report.
