The Altaro VM Backup Error Reporter can be found in the [Get Help] menu of the console as shown below:




After clicking on [Generate Error Report] you can enter the details as the below screenshot. If you already have a Ticket open, please ensure to enter the [Ticket Number]. Then simply click on [Generate & Submit Error Report]. Your report will automatically be uploaded to our servers and our team will be in touch after analysing the report.




Note: If for some reason the main console cannot be launched, you can launch the Error reporter manually through the executable located here: C:\Program Files\Altaro\Altaro Backup\Altaro Backup Error Reporter.exe

Once opened simply enter the error details, check the disclaimer check box and press generate.

When complete, please email the generated error report to support@altaro.com for further investigation.
