Hi Calvin, it doesn't quite make sense that it failed on first backup if you have completely wiped the previous data, in fact I do not actually see any successful jobs which you reported in the previous forum thread.
To be sure, lets start a fresh profile here and start clean at this stage:
Uninstall Altaro Physical Server Backup
If it exists, Delete the folder: C:\ProgramFiles\Altaro\AltaroPhysicalServerBackup\
Rename or Delete the folder: C:\ProgramData\Altaro\AltaroPhysicalServerBackup\
Delete the AltaroV9 folder from your backup location

Hi Calvin, have you started a fresh set of backups as mentioned here?: https://help.altaro.com/support/discussions/topics/43000522247
Calvin Street
Yes.
Matt
Just to clarify here Calvin, you mean to say that the error above was given on first attempt to backup after starting a fresh backup folder?
Could you please zip and send the contents of this folder please?: C:\ProgramData\Altaro\AltaroPhysicalServerBackup\Logs\
Calvin Street
Yes, error was given on first attempt.

Any update on this issue?
