When logged in with an MSP account, you have the option grant access to the CMC to your customers.
Doing this will allow your customers to monitor and restore their own backups using their own login credentials.
Note that this is only possible for installations with an Unlimited Plus or Subscription licensing.
To grant a customer access to the portal, go to the [Customers] menu and click the [Portal Access] button.
When prompted, enter the e-mail address of the customer you wish to grant access to, and click [Grant Access]
They will then automatically receive an email with further instructions on how to set up their password and login to the CMC.
