- Compliance Policies - Use out of the box policies or create custom policies to monitor compliance states of your Microsoft 365 Organisation. A default compliance policy can also be set for all new sites to be automatically monitored.
- Easily audit violations against assigned policies in a guided wizard by either approving or fixing the violating sharing behavior or site configurations
- Explore Sites gives granular transparency of all sites in your organization and their compliance states, allowing you to filter for risky sharing behavior like anonymous links, organization wide access or external guest access for all discovered sites to easily identify and action risks.
- Use Quick Actions to:
- Remove permissions for automatically identified items that are shared with organization wide groups like “Everyone”, “Everyone except external users” or “All Users”.
- Clean up orphaned users which allows you to remove users that are deleted from your organization but are still listed within SharePoint site permissions.
- Choose a user of group and revoke access to one or more specific sites.
- Set site permissions and choose who is an owner, can edit or can view.
- Set the external sharing level for one or multiple sites.
- Use the ‘View as’ functionality to see permissions of SharePoint sites and items through the eyes of a specific user or group.
